The University of Kentucky athletics department could very likely enjoy more postseason success in the near future. After the women’s volleyball team took home the National Championship trophy a couple of weeks ago, Kentucky tennis star Liam Draxl has earned the No. 1 overall seed in this year’s NCAA Singles Tournament.
Kentucky s Liam Draxl earned No. 1 overall seed in NCAA singles tournament while Gabriel Diallo, Millen Hurrion got at-large selections. Diallo also in doubles championship with César Bourgois.

With an SEC regular-season crown in their back pocket, the Gators can now ride on cruise control through the remainder of the season.
But the entrance into the official conference tournament is around the corner but there’s a bouncer in charge of the door and on the lookout for fakes the South Carolina Gamecocks.

After a match that ended a little too close for comfort Friday, the top-ranked Gators will now move on and start fresh against a new opponent: the Kentucky Wildcats.
The visiting Wildcats pack a heavier punch than what Vanderbilt brought to the table. The team, however. finds itself in a downward spiral after it dropped the last four of eight matches. In one last desperate attempt before the SEC Tournament, the Wildcats will look to pull off an upset.
