CCSD Plans to Place Renewal Levy on Ballot
CAMBRIDGE, Ohio – The Cambridge City School District Board of Education approved a resolution giving the district administration the ability to pursue placing a renewal levy on the November 2, 2021 ballot during the monthly Board of Education meeting Tuesday evening.
“This levy was originally passed by the voters in 1992 and generates a significant amount funding for the operation of the school district,” said Cambridge Schools Superintendent Dan Coffman about the levy that generates approximately $1.4 million per year. “This funding is used to pay salaries, pay utilities, purchase perishable supplies, and generally support the daily operations of the school district.”
