Demanding rectification in anomalies in the pay revision of lecturers from the state government, a section of a government medical college doctors staged a hunger strike in Kerala.
The strike was led by Kerala Government Medical College Teachers Association (KGMCTA) and Kerala Government Postgraduate Medical Teachers Association (KGPMTA), the doctors staged the relay hunger strike for a whole day.
