KALAMAZOO, MI Police in Kalamazoo seized fentanyl, three guns and $18,000 in cash while conducting drug-related search warrants at four locations.
The discovered fentanyl, 110 grams, was one of the single largest seizures of the deadly drug in Kalamazoo County, according to Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety investigators.
Officers with the Kalamazoo Valley Enforcement Team and a Crime Reduction Team found the items during investigations at the following locations: 3300 block of Lincolnshire Boulevard, 1300 block of N. Church St, 100 block of E. Maple St and the 800 block of Hazard St.

KALAMAZOO, Mich. â Kalamazoo authorities seized three firearms, 110 grams of fentanyl, and copious amounts of what is believed to be ecstasy on Wednesday, according to the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety.
Weâre told authorities executed search warrants on Lincolnshire Boulevard, North Church Street, East Maple Street and Hazard Street, where they discovered the aforementioned drugs and weapons.
KDPS says two male suspects from Kalamazoo are facing charges, which include possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, operating a drug house and firearms charges.

BATTLE CREEK, MI (WNWN/WTVB) – A man who had been sought in connection with the November 7 death of 18-month-old Drequan Scott was arrested Monday night in Kalamazoo.
Police arrested Henry Lewis Jones Jr. on murder and child abuse charges.
Battle Creek Police on Monday received information that Jones was thought to be in Kalamazoo. Members of the Kalamazoo Valley Enforcement Team located Jones Monday night.
Police took Jones to the Calhoun County Jail, where he was awaiting arraignment on the charges.
Battle Creek Firefighters and Marshall Ambulance responded to a medical emergency call for the youngster. They tried to resuscitate the child who was transported to Bronson Battle Creek Hospital, where he later died.
