The Hunt for the Incredibly Elusive Kalamazoo Movie
Legend has it that there once was a movie that was set and filmed in its entirety right here in Kalamazoo.
Titled Kalamazoo? , the movie follows three women who have returned to Kalamazoo for a high school reunion only to learn that a time capsule containing some embarrassing future goals will be opened and read aloud at the event. The IMDB description goes on to say that the women then set off on a quest to destroy the evidence of those embarrassing future goals. The most notable name in the cast is Mayim Bialik, otherwise known as Amy Farrah Fowler in The Big Bang Theory and Blossom from Blossom .
Kalamazoo Public Library to close due to COVID-19, offers curbside service April 12

KALAMAZOO, Mich. â The Kalamazoo Public Library has announced that all of its locations will be closed Thursday, April 8 due to the surge in COVID-19 cases in the area.
KPL says they will operate exclusively as a curbside service starting Monday, April 12, adding that all buildings will be closed to the general public until further notice.
Weâre told curbside service will be available at all locations at the following times:
Central and Oshtemo: Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Due to the rapidly increasing number of positive cases of COVID-19 in Kalamazoo and surrounding Michigan communities, Kalamazoo Public Library (KPL) announced Wednesday that it will be offering curbside service only at all five locations beginning Monday, April 12. Â
KPL provided the following information to WKZO. Patrons should review the following information before making a visit.
What Patrons Need To KnowÂ
All KPL locations will be closed Thursday, April 8 – Saturday, April 10. Curbside service will NOT be available.

All KPL locations will reopen on Monday, April 12 providing curbside service ONLY. All KPL buildings will be closed to in-person access and services until further notice. Public restrooms, printing, copying, and faxing services will not be available.
