May 28, 2021 | 3:38 PM Palm Coast, FL - A Flagler Palm Coast High student is now facing a felony charge after they threatened to shoot another student on Snapchat. The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) says deputies were called to FPCHS on Thursday (May 27) after a report regarding the threat—which was made the day before—was submitted to the dean. A deputy who met with the reporting party, another juvenile student, said they were messaging the suspect, who deputies have identified as 14-year-old Julian Midgette, on Snapchat to ask if he planned on fighting another student that went to FPCHS. Midgette responded to the victim by telling her to shut the (expletive) up and mind your own business, which led to the two arguing for the rest of the conversation. During the argument, Midgette reportedly said to the victim Wanna talk (expletive) imma shoot yo ass to (sic) and later stated in the same conversation I will bitch it (I know) where you live.
