Vaccines are now open to groups 1-3, with three approved vaccines being offered at various health departments, pharmacies, health groups and vaccination clinics. (Port City Daily/File) SOUTHEASTERN N.C.  More supply is coming to North Carolina, which means more providers have been onboarded to give the shots. As April 7 approaches, when vaccines open to any North Carolinian that wants one, where to get a vaccine is still top-of-mind for many. Below are a list of places that are administering or are on a list to receive doses. County health departments, hospitals, health groups, vaccination events and clinics, and pharmacies in southeastern N.C. are giving the shots. Port City Daily will continue to update the list as more providers are onboarded.

Columbus County to host mass vaccination event March 20

(WECT) - Just a reminder, the Columbus County Health Department will host its first mass vaccination event on Saturday, March 20. Officials say 1,000 doses of the Johnson & Johnson one-shot vaccine will be administered to eligible individuals in Groups 1, 2, 3, and 4 on a first come, first served basis. The event will take place at Southeastern Community College, located at 4564 Chadbourn Hwy, Whiteville, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
