Vaccine delayed, county clinic postponed | News, Sports, Jobs

LISBON The icy weather earlier this week has caused yet another delay. Today’s clinic at the Columbiana County Vaccination Complex in the county fairgrounds was postponed after the county health department did not receive the shipment of the expected Moderna vaccines due to the inclement weather this week. The clinic has been rescheduled for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 24. The health department is notifying those registered to attend today’s clinic of the change with a phone call or text message through the automated system. Additionally, the health department reminds everyone pre-registration is required to attend the drive-up clinics due to the limited vaccines received. Those who arrive and are not registered will not be vaccinated.
