WILMINGTON There’s just one more Lenten fish fry to go (and only “to-go” this year carry-out only) this season by the Knights of Columbus Council 3369 at St. Columbkille Catholic Church. Pictured are the many volunteers and carry-out customers at last Friday’s event.
Stop by Friday, March 18 4:30-7 p.m. on Friday, March 19. Cost is $12 per meal includes a choice of six fried shrimp, three pieces of fried fish or three pieces of baked fish and a choice of three of the following sides: potato wedges, mac-n-cheese, green beans and cole slaw; also, a huge variety of homemade desserts for a donation.

Thursday’s drive-thru food pantry in Blan canceled

BLANCHESTER The Food for All mobile food pantry at the Blanchester Church of Christ, planned for Thursday, Feb. 11, is canceled due to road conditions.
The next such food pantry event in Clinton County is scheduled for Thursday, March 11, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the St. Columbkille Catholic Church in downtown Wilmington.
