Crews put out fire in residential area in Southeast Colorado Springs Published

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) Crews reported just after 4 p.m. the fire at 2249 Sumter Drive was out and under control.
According to CSFD, the house fire displaced five people and two pets due to extensive fire and smoke damage.
CSFD says the cause of the fire is still unknown.
