A three-month investigation by Kosciusko County Narcotics Enforcement Team (NET 43), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Indiana State Police Drug Enforcement Section (ISP DES) unit resulted in the arrest of six people.
The following persons were arrested, according to a news release provided by Warsaw Police Department Public Information Officer Brad Kellar:
• Seth Lewis Cummins, dealing methamphetamine, held on a federal warrant and on a warrant for violation of release conditions in a dealing methamphetamine case from Whitley County.

KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, Ind. – Two people have died and another person is injured after a crash involving three vehicles Monday morning, the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office reported.
At 10:43 a.m., emergency crews were called to a three-vehicle crash on S.R. 15, south of C.R. 1000 N.
77-year-old Ray Frost of Larwill was traveling north on S.R. 15 and as he was trying to pass a northbound vehicle in front of him, his vehicle hit a Pontiac traveling south, reports said.
Frost’s vehicle then continued north in the southbound lane and hit another vehicle driven by 51-year-old Mary Velazquez of Winona Lake.

WARSAW, Ind. (WISH) A man has died after a single-car crash early Saturday Morning in Kosciusko County.
The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office says the crash occurred at the intersection of Country Club Road and County Road 200 South, about 120 miles north of Indianapolis.
At approximately 2:30 a.m., emergency personnel were dispatched to the scene. Authorities say a preliminary investigation suggested 51-year-old Anthony Sumner of North Manchester was driving a Ram pickup truck traveling eastbound on County Road 200 South, did not stop at Country Club Road and struck a tree on the east side of the intersection. Sumner was pronounced dead.
A 42-year-old man is dead after a mobile home fire in Kosciusko County, the sheriff s office said in a news release Monday.
