By all definitions it’s a true community project, partnering volunteers with Goderich District Collegiate Institute students in an undertaking with plenty of growth potential.
GDCI teacher Nathan Crawford and his students, with the support of Selena Hazlitt from Rural Response for Healthy Children, are in the planning and design phase of a community garden.
Crawford says this will be done in time for this year’s growing season.

Ray Lewis is part of this year’s Hall of Fame induction for the London and Area Women’s Soccer League (LAWSL).
Lewis is being recognized for his coaching and development over the past 40 years and for being a high performance coach.

He is one of just six people to be inducted into LASWL’s Hall of Fame.
Notified virtually of the induction to the Hall of Fame, Lewis said he was humbled and surprised by the honour.
