FORT STEWART, Ga. The Marne Community and Spouses’ Club (MCSC) is accepting applications for its 2021 academic scholarships and welfare grants. Interested parties can fill out applications at www.marnecommunityandspousesclub.com/scholarships-and-grants. Scholarship applications must be timestamped by Feb. 15. Grant applications are due by March 1.
