City of Memphis officials expect to open the Pfizer vaccine up to people 12 and older beginning Thursday. That vaccine requires two doses, administered three weeks apart. People are considered fully vaccinated two weeks from the date of the second dose of that vaccine.  Collierville Schools says it has not reported a case of COVID-19 among students since early May. As of Tuesday, the latest district-level data available, there was one active case of COVID-19 among a student and one among an employee. Over the course of the 2020-21 school year, the district has reported 99 positive cases among staff, representing 8.3% of all staff, and 391 cases among students, representing 4.3% of all students.
