Drug Take-Back Collection: Wisconsin collects more than 60K pounds of unwanted drugs

Wisconsinâs Drug Take Back Day, held on April 24, collected 60,632 pounds of unwanted drugs, Attorney General Josh Kaul said.
That placed Wisconsin as the second largest Drug Take Back collection in the United States this year. Wisconsin is once again one of the top states in the country for Drug Take Back,â Kaul said. âThank you to the thousands of Wisconsinites who have helped fight substance-use disorder by ensuring that more than 60,000 pounds of unused and unwanted medications are being safely disposed of and wonât be diverted.â
