Suspect in custody in Wyo. homicide, arson investigation Shutterstock Police officials in the Wyoming community of Torrington say that they have one person in custody, relating to multiple crimes including “Homicide, Arson, and Vehicle Theft.” At approximately 6:10 am, a fire was reported on in the 300 block of East Valley Road in Torrington. “While the Torrington Volunteer Fire Department was working to control the fire, additional information was received by our officers that was suspicious in nature,” Torrington Police say. “The fire is being investigated as a suspected arson at this time.” Article continues below.
