Tricycle obstacle race returning this year
Coshocton United Way have a 0.5K, spoof of a 5K, on Aug. 14 in Roscoe Village.
A tricycle obstacle race with elected officials to benefit the United Way will be on Sept. 18 at the court square.
The United Way has a $300,000 goal for the upcoming fundraising campaign. The 0.5K will be the kickoff event.
Donations were down last campaign, as $285,000 was raised of the $325,000 goal.

Alexander sentenced for drug possession
COSHOCTON - Mark Allen Alexander, 44, of Coshocton was recently sentenced in Coshocton County Common Pleas Court for one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. He received three years of community control sanctions and must complete a lockdown rehabilitation facility program.
