Jennifer Neff, co-founder of Elemental Software, a social prescribing digital solution, says her team of 30 are part of a movement, a revolution in getting social prescribing out there .
Jennifer and co-founder Leeann Monk are the masterminds behind the software, which is used by health trusts, community organisations and more around the UK to link people with community services including leisure and arts as an alternative to medication in order to improve wellbeing.
Elemental believes it can empower individuals to manage their own health and wellbeing using what s available in the community. That can ultimately reduce pressure on GP time and keep people out of hospital for longer.
