COVID-19 has played fast and loose with our justice system. The courts are backed up for as much as two years. You may think this has nothing to do with you. You may be mistaken and it could be catastrophic for you and your family.
In our day-to-day lives we don’t think a lot about what will happen if we are in an accident, get very sick or die. Young people don’t think about it because it seems remote, they don’t have a lot of other people depending on them and they don’t have a lot of accumulated assets. Older people don’t think about it mostly because it’s uncomfortable and scary.

Out of everyone in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, one character that holds the most emotional value is Robert Downey Jrâs, Iron Man. While we continue to fill in the void he left remembering his legacy, seems like our Tony Stark has brought some legal trouble for the studio. A legal case has been filed against the makers in Canada.
MONTREAL A Montreal-based comic book company is suing Marvel Entertainment and Disney for allegedly ripping off its designs multiple times in its Iron Man, Ant-man and Avengers series.
Horizon Comics and its founders Ben and Raymond Lai allege that Marvel used their designs without consent or compensation and are suing for damages and an injunction to put an end to this deliberate and persistent infringement, and to order the defendants to pay compensatory and punitive damages to the plaintiff, in addition to Horizon’s costs, including solicitor-client costs, the suit reads.
