I have voiced my objection to allowing the non-essential professional sports business to continue playing during the global COVID-19 pandemic.
But my objection doesn’t only pertain to professional athletes as I think amateur sports, especially international competitions involving different countries coming together, should have taken a longer hiatus as well.
