Nifty outlook Market traded lower amidst profit booking on Friday as global sentiments were subdued along with spike in Covid-19 cases domestically, which pushed index lower. Nifty closed at 14,631.10, slashing 263.80 points. Banks, financial and FMCG stocks traded with negative sentiments whereas Pharma sector closed in the green. Nifty bank closed at 32,781.80, losing 932.70 points from the previous day’s closing. As per weekly option data, significant call writing on higher strikes ranging from 14,700 to 15,000 is witnessed, which shows Nifty might take resistance in the zone of 14,800 as maximum call OI placed here after 15,000. We can witness profit booking only if Nifty breaks level of 14,500. Therefore, traders should try to create short position keeping close eye on 14,800.

This is the highest rank ever achieved by any South Asian company.
The global staffing market was worth approximately USD 498 billion in 2019, of which USD 224 billion (45 per cent) was generated by the top 100 firms.
SIA has been active for over three decades and is regarded as an objective authority on the staffing and workforce industry globally. SIA s annual ranking provides insight into the position, diversity and global nature of an increasingly critical global ecosystem.

Contract worked were sourced from 7 contract agencies namely Innov source private limited, Creative Engineers, Needs Manpower support serviced, Randstand, Quess Corp Limited, Adecco Group and United (housekeeping).
The said factory has started the manufacturing activity about 3 months back and gradually increased the manpower to 9833 in the last months.
Preliminary investigation report
It is noted that there was a disparity in the attendance captured by the access system in the factory and actual attendance of the worker which led to the payment of leases wages owing to the reduction in the number of days of presence captured by the system.
