Fort McMurray Adds 43 New COVID-19 Cases, 20 Recoveries

The province announced on Wednesday 1,351 new cases across the province over the past 24 hours. There are currently 11,464 active cases across Alberta, while there have been a total of 155,476 positive tests. There are also 333 Albertans in the hospital for the virus, 79 of which are in ICUs. Locally, Fort McMurray added 43 new cases and 20 recoveries which lowers the active total to 335. The rural areas didn’t see any new changes, keeping the total of active cases at three.
