This is where things start to get complicated. You will need to check the entry requirements of the country you are visiting before you travel.
There are also significant testing procedures you’ll need to follow returning to England from an amber destination – the aim of this is to stop the spread of Covid on home soil if you do catch it while you’re abroad.
Before coming back to England you must take a Covid-19 test (even if you’re vaccinated) that will act as proof you haven’t got Covid and are fit to travel.

Insurers paid out a record amount to help families cope with bereavement, ill health and injury last year, according to the Association of British Insurers (ABI).
The insurance industry paid out £6.2 billion in life insurance, income protection and critical illness claims in 2020, marking the highest total on record and up 8% on 2019, the figures from the ABI and another industry body, Group Risk Development (GRiD), showed.

England currently remains on course for 59 per cent more winter rainfall and once-a-century sea level events every year by 2100 and major adaptation will be required to meet the changing climate picture.

Criminals are continuing to capitalise on the pandemic, but looking out for so many convincing scams can be daunting for motorists.
30 UK hotspots for crash for cash scams revealed. (Canva) Birmingham, Bradford, Leeds, Manchester and London are among the worst affected areas by “crash for cash” scams in the UK, new analysis has found. Crash for cash is an insurance scam where fraudsters deliberately cause dangerous road collisions, often targeting innocent people, in a bid to claim compensation and the Insurance Fraud Bureau (IFB) has listed the top 30 areas in the UK. The IFB helps insurers and police forces fight fraud and new research has been carried out to help disrupt organised fraud networks. Of 2.7 million motor insurance claims made across the UK in between the start of October 2019 and the end of 2020 identified more than 170,000 claims which could be linked to suspected crash for cash networks.
