The committee and Dogfish have been in contact to determine what alternatives are feasible. The Traffic Calming Ad Hoc Advisory Committee has been looking at various traffic-related issues in Milton, including large trucks. The committee sought to determine how and why large trucks are going through town, and where they are ending up.

One person shot by multiple suspects at Milford apartment complex early Wednesday

Delaware News Journal Milford police are investigating an early Wednesday shooting at an apartment complex involving multiple suspects, the department said. Police said a 19-year-old man was shot at the Brightway Commons apartment complex off of Church Street at around 12:43 a.m. Wednesday.  Multiple suspects fired multiple rounds at the victim striking the victim once, police said in a press release. The man was transported to Bayhealth Hospital, Sussex Campus and treated for non-life-threatening injuries. Police said there were several surveillance videos with persons of interest.
