As the third lockdown rolls into its second week, we re on the streets of south Manchester where people are sharing their thoughts on how they’re coping with the seemingly endless restrictions.
Jeremy discussed some of the ideas being floated at the moment, such as restricting outdoor exercise, restricting church attendance and shifting support bubble rules.
When asked about his views on lockdown rules and potentially making them stricter, Owen had the following to say: This is operation blame the public, this is operation shift responsibility away from the Government from messing this up, overseeing one of the worst death tolls on earth, saying it s not our fault, it s that pesky British public.
Owen argued the British public have overwhelmingly stuck to the rules and made huge sacrifices to do so.
