TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - A man who entered the country illegally is now facing charges after Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents apprehended him on Wednesday, Jan. 13.
According to a news release, agents arrested a registered sex offender who was one of three Mexican nationals taken into custody by Yuma agents.
