KUALA LUMPUR (July 13): Sedania Innovator Bhd's 51%-owned subsidiary Offspring Inc, which produces baby products including eco-friendly diapers and biodegradable wet wipes, is expanding into Thailand to further expand Offspring's global presence.
In a statement today, Sedania's founder and managing director Datuk Azrin Mohd Noor said: "Expansion plan has always been the key focus for Offspring. Getting into Thailand further solidifies the growth strategic plan for the company."
Sedania noted that Offspring will be made available on a dedicated web store designed specifically for Thailand in bilingual languages — English and Thai. It added that the products will also be available in top online shopping platforms such as Shopee and Lazada Thailand.

The company, which is 51%-owned by Sedania, focuses on early child-care solutions including the production of high-quality organic baby products.
Offspring had earlier announced its expansion into Spain, Finland, Cambodia and South Korea, and with its venture into Thailand, is currently available in 11 export countries.

KUALA LUMPUR (May 25): Sedania Innovator Bhd’s 51%-owned subsidiary Offspring Inc, which produces baby products including diapers and wet wipes, is expanding into Cambodia, South Korea, Finland and Spain to further expand Offspring’s global presence.
In a statement today, Sedania said the expansion via partnerships with counterparts in the four countries will see Offspring further expand its export markets, which already include Singapore, Brunei, the Philippines, Russia and the US.
"Sedania owns a 51% stake in Offspring. Offspring is a health tech company focusing on early child care solutions, [which include] producing high-quality organic baby products,” Sedania said.
"Offspring offers products such as eco-friendly baby diapers, biodegradable wet wipes, baby care essentials and household products that use non-toxic, organic and plant-based ingredients, making them one of the pioneers in organic-based products in the region,” Sedania claimed.

It said in a statement on Tuesday, the partnership will enable Offspring Inc further expand its global presence, from the current countries -- the United States, Singapore, Brunei, the Philippines and Russia.

In a statement Tuesday, Sedania said Offspring's range of early child care solutions were currently exported to the United States, Singapore, Brunei, Philippines, and Russia.
Offspring is a health tech company focusing on early child care solutions, among which producing high-quality organic baby products.
“Our counterparts in the mentioned countries are excited in receiving the authorisation to distribute Offspring products.
“Offspring will be made available on dedicated web stores for each respective country, which is closely monitored by our headquarters team as part of our comprehensive international distribution programme that we have initiated,” Sedania managing director Datuk Azrin Mohd Noor said.
