Here s how calorie label on alcohol drinks may affect obesity ANI | Updated: Feb 06, 2021 21:29 IST Liverpool [UK], February 6 (ANI): According to the findings of a novel study, calorie labelling which is mandatory on alcoholic drinks could address both alcohol consumption and obesity. Lower risk of Parkinson s disease associated with prostate medication

Lower risk of Parkinson s disease associated with prostate medication ANI | Updated: Feb 05, 2021 10:08 IST Iowa [US], February 5 (ANI): The recent findings of a large observational study suggest that lower risk of developing Parkinson s disease is associated with taking a particular type of medication, that is used for the treatment of enlarged prostate. Researchers study how facial ageing is accelerated by fat loss

Researchers study how facial ageing is accelerated by fat loss ANI | Updated: Jan 31, 2021 14:53 IST Washington [US], January 31 (ANI): Researchers during a recent study have tried to determine how the signs of facial aging are accelerated due to fat loss and how it s treated by plastic surgeons. The traditional theory is sagging: the facial soft tissues simply yield to the effects of gravity over time. And while the idea that weakening ligaments in the midface could result in soft tissue descent still has merit, more recent studies point in another direction. Perhaps the real culprit behind facial ageing is the loss of fat - both near the surface of the skin and in deeper areas.
