143 new COVID cases, one death confirmed in Wyoming over holiday weekend

CASPER, Wyo. The Wyoming Department of Health (WDH) reported 143 additional confirmed cases of COVID-19 since Friday during their 3 pm Tuesday, June 1 update. Updates are not provided during the weekend.
There have now been 50,840 confirmed cases in Wyoming since the pandemic began. WDH reports 359 active cases in the state Tuesday. Probable cases rose by 77 over the weekend to a total of 9,524.
One additional COVID-19 related death was reported on Tuesday’s update, bringing the total among Wyoming residents to 720.

Eight additional confirmed cases were reported in Natrona County on Tuesday, where the total stands at 6,005 confirmed cases. Probable cases rose by three to 2,114.
