SHREVEPORT, La. - The numbers are in and Give for Good was a huge success for the Community Foundation of North Louisiana and more than 240 area non-profits.
Give for Good raised $2,301,350. for area nonprofits this year, the largest amount ever raised during this event. That accounts for more than 10,000 donations. The annual event has now raised more than $14 million for the community.

It was another record-breaking year for the annual online fundraising campaign, Give for Good.
In 2014, the Community Foundation of North Louisiana launched the day of giving and extended an invitation for individuals to become philanthropists by donating gifts that would help transform their community.
This year, CFNLA reported a total of $2,301,350 raised for the 24 participating area nonprofit organizations at the close of Give for Good Day on May 4. The 10,113 gifts tallied were contributed by donors across the country.
For 2021, CFNLA extended the donation window to allow advance giving from April 20 to May 3.
