ALBANY, N.Y. â As the region begins a slow return to normalcy following 12 months of pandemic life, organizers of the 43rd Freihoferâs Run for Women (FRW) launched a new, two-month virtual fitness initiative called the âFreihoferâs Run for Women Comeback Challengeâ aimed at encouraging local families to get outside, be active and explore.
