MISSOULA â Many of us have been spending extra time on the computer during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The means some people have added some extra weight because they arenât getting enough exercise.
That s why MTN News sat down with Kara Tuttle, the director of health and wellness at YMCA Missoula.
We wanted to know if thereâs anything that can be done to stay healthy while getting so much screen time.

Team Haverhill’s annual “Possible Dreams” community visioning event is going online this year.
Called “Possible Dreams 2021: Moving Forward Together,” the event is described as “an opportunity to meet new people, discover more that Haverhill has to offer and shape the future of our community by sharing and incubating new ideas. This is the first time the event is taking place online and begins Monday, March 8, at 7 p.m.

Hello and welcome to another edition of the Giant Bomb Community Spotlight and I, @zombiepie, am once again honored to be your host as we look back at the wonderful community creations from the last week.
Holy crap! For whatever reason, and I m not judging, the community wrote up a storm this week! Outside of the Christmas and GOTY themed editions of the Community Spotlight, this might be the most I have ever written for a Spotlight in a long while. But, I love it! Having more community content to share is not a bad problem to have. However, I do want to ask all of you to try seeking out one blog on the Spotlight and taking the time to thank the writer.
