SUMTER COUNTY, S.C. (WIS) - The Sumter County Sheriffâs Office has arrested a woman in connection with falsifying a police report and possession of drugs.
Danielle Yackeschi, 38, has been charged with filing a false police report of a felony violation, possession of less than one gram of meth or cocaine base, and possession of narcotics in schedule I/II.
On May 1, a deputy initiated a traffic stop on Yackeschiâs vehicle on North Main Street. Officials say Yackeschi was wanted for an outstanding warrant.

SUMTER, S.C. (WIS) - A repairman has been charged with criminal sexual conduct after inappropriately touching a child under the age of 8.
The incident occurred on April 26 at a home on North Salem Avenue.
Officials say the suspect, 33-year-old Joshua Morris, was sent to the home to repair a heating and air unit.
While at the residence, Morris entered a room where the child was, exposed himself, and then touched her.

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a convicted sex offender for criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
Jack Michael Wallace, 29, has been charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor by an offender with a previous record.
Officials say Wallace engaged in sexual activity with the 14-year-old victim on April 26.
Wallace was taken into custody on April 27. He is being held at the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center.

SUMTER, S.C. (WIS) - Undercover deputies arrested a man in Sumter County for allegedly trying to meet an underage girl for sex.
Deputies said Johnny Ingram Jr., 63, communicated with someone he thought was a 15-year-old girl. He messaged the person with the “expressed intent” to meet for sex, an arrest warrant states.
Ingram was arrested Wednesday when he arrived at the place he thought he was meeting the teen.

COLUMBIA, SC (WOLO)– The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office says a man has been arrested after he was accused of engaging in sexual activity with a 14-year-old victim on Monday. Authorities say 29-year-old Jack Michael Wallace was arrested Tuesday and has been charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor, offender with previous record. Deputies say Wallace has a prior conviction for criminal sexual conduct with a minor under 11 years of age.
Authorities say Wallace was taken to the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center and his bond was denied.
