SculptureWalk has entered into a professional services agreement with Washington Pavilion Management Inc. (WPMI) to provide operational administration for the organization. The new partnership will enhance SculptureWalk s mission and bolster the public art program in downtown Sioux Falls and the region. The SculptureWalk Board of Directors understands how important SculptureWalk and the Arc of Dreams are to the community, and this partnership will ensure the continuity of the program at a very high level moving forward. We are confident in the abilities of the Washington Pavilion Management company and know this is our opportunity to plan for future growth, says SculptureWalk Board of Directors President Regan Smith.

ARNOLDS PARK –Mass of Christian Burial for Douglas Gruhlke, 66, of Arnolds Park, Iowa, will be held 2 p.m. Friday at Church of the Good Shepherd in Jackson, Minn. Burial will follow the service at Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery. The funeral Mass will be live streamed on the Osterberg Funeral Home Facebook page.
Gruhlke died Sunday, May 2, 2021, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, S.D. Visitation will be one hour prior to the Mass Friday at the church in Jackson. Osterberg Funeral Home in Jackson is assisting the family with arrangements.

Minnesota State Patrol: 6:06 a.m. Sunday, U.S. 75 at 11th Street, south of Trosky. A 2015 Chevrolet Equinox operated by Martin Dean Kern, 62, of Lismore was southbound on U.S. 75 when it left the roadway, struck an approach and rolled. Kern was taken to Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota with non-life-threatening injuries. The Pipestone County Sheriff’s Office and Edgerton Fire Department and Ambulance assisted.

MARSHALL –Services for Week Day, 6, of Marshall are scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Marshall. Visitation will be one hour prior, from 10-11 a.m., also at the Hamilton Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Marshall Cemetery.
