Naas Roads Policing Unit seized two vehicles yesterday.
In a photo posted on Twitter, two cars are being towed by a tow truck in a residential area.
One of the drivers was an unaccompanied Learner, while the second had no tax, insurance or NCT.
Fixed Charge Penalty Notices were issued to both drivers.
Court proceedings will also follow in coming weeks.
In recent days, Naas Roads Policing Unit detected an unaccompanied learner driver with no L plates travelling at speed of 148km in a 100km zone.
The car was seized and a Fixed Charge Penalty Notice was issued.

Naas Roads Policing detected 31 drivers on Sunday night and many were well over the speed limit.
A van was detected travelling at a speed of 96 km/h in a 60 km/h zone on wet and greasy roads.
An Fixed Charge Penalty Notice was issued to the driver.
Meanwhile, from this week, where breaches of the travel regulations are detected and a person does not comply with a direction of An Garda Síochána, a prosecution now can be commenced by means of a €100 Fixed Charge Notice.
