A father-of-two caught having a cigarette alone in his car for a five-minute breather from his children has been accused of breaking lockdown rules.
Zia Khan, 31, was told by a police officer that sitting in your car is not a lawful reason to come out in lockdown as he smoked alone in Birmingham.
