Not one to back down from his detractors on social media, Nebrija advised RSAP founder Bonifacio Bosita to just “move on” and “level up” from the issue as there are other, more pressing concerns in the country that need to be addressed.
(Am I still the hot topic here? You haven’t moved on Bonnie and you’re still talking about slippers. Isn’t COVID a concern of your group and you always think about slippers?)” Nebrija wrote in a series of comments on the RSAP page Tuesday, May 4.

This, as Nebrija gave his two cents on Facebook regarding the case of two MMDA traffic enforcers who are facing dismissal over allegations of extortion.
“I was able to talk to the complainants/victims this morning and assured them that we will hold accountable our enforcers who fall short of our mandated ethical standards. No less than our chairman is on top of the situation to make sure justice will be served,” he said, referring to enforcers Edmon Belleca and Christian Malemit.
The duo, which allegedly extorted P1,000 from a motorist-couple over the weekend, was summoned Monday morning by MMDA Chairman Benhur Abalos. They were subsequently placed under preventive suspension for 90 days.

This, after Bosita finally received from YouTube his “Silver Creator Award” in the form of a spiffy-looking silver play button plaque.
(To all my YouTube subscribers and to all those who echo and support my advocacy– thank you very much!)” he wrote in a post on the RSAP Facebook page last Monday, April 5.
The Silver Creator Award is reserved for YouTube channels that have reached or surpassed 100,000 subscribers. Bosita’s “Colonel Bosita, RSAP” channel already has over 348,000 subscribers.

It doesn’t mean that I’m boasting or taking advantage of the situation. But sir, if I will run for party-list, I’m 100 percent sure I would win),” Bosita said in a video message posted on the RSAP Facebook page.
The 22-minute long video message was directed at Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) traffic czar Edison Bong Nebrija, with whom he is engaged in an online debate with regarding whether or not motorcycle back-riders should be ticketed for wearing slippers instead of shoes.

As for the subject of usurpation of authority, if that’s what Col. Nebrija believes, then MMDA has its own legal team),” Bosita said in a video message posted Easter Sunday, April 4 on the RSAP Facebook page.
For the sake of everyone’s clarity, and if he really believes that I committed a violation, this usurpation of authority that he is saying, then truly it would be good if he files a case against me so that the court would get to determine if I broke the law),” he said in a calm manner.
