Harley Haynes was spotted riding his bike by plain-clothed police officers in New Milton. They chased the teen when they suspected him of drug dealing, a court heard. After a pursuit he “voluntarily produced” a number of deal bags with a value of around £30. Prosecution barrister, Kaj Scarsbrook, told that a court hearing that after searching his bedroom in Moore Close, they found scales, and cannabis worth around £600. The 18-year-old was spotted by the same officers on April 24. When they stopped him, he had £20 in cash and four deal bags. They searched his address finding £130 in cash, more cannabis and a “handwritten deal list”.
