Jo Carol was born in Los Angeles on Dec. 3, 1945, and moved to Santa Barbara when she was a child. She attended Mount Carmel Elementary School and Bishop Garcia Diego High School. I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Dave since our oldest sons played soccer in the 1980s, and have long trusted his wise counsel and advice. He is a great business leader who spent his entire career in the restaurant business.
