SAN DIEGO COUNTY, Calif. San Diego County public health officials reported 421 new COVID-19 infections and 14 deaths on Saturday, increasing the totals to 262,781 cases and 3,385 deaths as stadiums and theme parks have been cleared to reopen in California beginning April 1 subject to strict conditions.
