With the National Football League s new 17 regular season game, three preseason contest format, the Saints will open their 2021 preseason slate on the road followed by the final two contest to be played at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Two opponents reside in the AFC and one in the NFC.

The New Orleans Saints three-game preseason schedule is coming into more focus.
When the entire 2021 schedule was released Wednesday, May 12 it showed that the Saints would play host to the Jacksonville Jaguars on Aug. 23 at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in Week 2 with a Week 1 game at Baltimore and a Week 3 game at home vs. the Arizona Cardinals.
The Ravens on Friday announced that the Week 1 game vs. the Saints would be at 6 p.m. Aug. 14. The date and time of the Saints-Cardinals game should be announced soon.

Georgian Bluffs council has postponed a decision on whether to ban motorized vehicles on the Cole’s Sideroad trail.
At its regular meeting on Wednesday, council chose to defer a decision on the proposed ban pending further investigation by staff, which will then provide more information to council. The decision to defer came after council went into closed session to discuss the matter during its online meeting.

Georgian Bluffs Mayor Dwight Burley said Thursday that an issue came up that has to be dealt with before a decision on the matter is finalized. He said he was unable to provide more information on what the issue was.
