Jamestown police investigate suspicious death on Price Street

JAMESTOWN, N.Y. (WKBW) â Jamestown police are investigating a suspicious death on Price Street.
Police say a body was discovered early Tuesday afternoon at 118 Price Street. Investigators are currently at the scene and are being assisted by the Chautauqua County District Attorney s Office.
According to police further information will be released as the investigation continues.

A Dunkirk man who was in Pennsylvania is in custody and has been charged in a pair of March stabbings.
Dunkirk city Police Chief David Ortolano announced Friday that following an investigation by the department and the Chautauqua County District Attorney’s Office, Jose Rivera-Perez, 31, was arrested and taken into custody on a felony warrant charging him with first-degree assault in connection with the incident.
According to reports, the first stabbing described by Chautauqua County dispatch as a male, was located around 7:40 p.m. in the area of Park Avenue and East Sixth Street. The second victim, located about 10 minutes later, was found nearby in the area of Deer Street.
