BOY (14) FACES MURDER CHARGES! Misheck Makora Comments A 14-YEAR-OLD boy handed himself over to cops on Saturday after he allegedly killed a 66-year-old madala in Calitzdorp, Western Cape. After the boy handed himself in, cops managed to bust another juvenile (15) and a 30-year-old suspect. The two boys are charged with murder and the adult for possession of stolen goods. Police spokesman Sergeant Christopher Spies said on Tuesday, 13 April at about 4pm, cops responded to a complaint after family members struggled to get hold of the victim, Lourens De Villiers (66). “On arrival they found the body of the man with serious injuries outside his residence. The victim was later declared dead by paramedics on the scene. His vehicle, a Hyundai bakkie, which was also stolen during the attack, was later found abandoned at Matjiesfontein near Calitzdorp,” he said.
