Mayor: Firm Still Interested in Buying Binghamton Business Park
A year ago, David announced Bowers Development intended to buy the properties for $1.1 million.
At the time, the mayor said the sale terms included a 12-month due diligence period for both Bowers and the city.

On Tuesday, David said Bowers is absolutely planning to acquire the Charles Street Business Park site and the neighboring cogeneration facility.
