(Shutterstock) PLAINVILLE, CT A Plainville police officer was killed in a motorcycle crash Tuesday afternoon in Torrington, according to officials. The Plainville Police Department announced Wednesday that Officer Brian Cybulski, a 15-year member of the force, died in the crash. Cybulski, who worked as a dispatcher before becoming a police officer, was a well-liked and well-respected member of our department, officials said.
