SIR Frank Ofagioro Kabui – a former Attorney General and High Court Judge and one of the nation’s senior statesmen – is calling for an urgent review of the nation’s Anti-Corruption Act 2018.
At the same time, Sir Frank, a former Governor General said the government needs to take a good hard look at its recruitment policy, which puts a lot of emphasis on engaging PhD graduates into the workforce.
Sir Frank is the Chair of the newly created Anti-Corruption Commission.
In an exclusive interview with Solomon Star yesterday, Sir Frank said the Act needs to be reviewed immediately to give “teeth” to the Anti-corruption body.
