Men targeted in freeway road rage shooting sue the alleged gunman for $25M
The accused shooter has been charged with attempted murder.

Five men targeted in a road rage shooting in Lehi are suing the man who allegedly fired at them for $25 million.
On Jan. 25, the five men were carpooling southbound on Interstate 15 near Lehi. According to court documents, Jesse David Luker began tailgating their truck while they were driving in the HOV lane. The two drivers changed lanes several times to try to get in front of each other, swerving at each other. Eventually, Luker pulled out a handgun and fired several shots from his truck toward the other truck, police said.
HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) A man was injured in a possible road rage shooting in northwest Harris County on Saturday.
The shooting happened around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday afternoon on Highway 6 between West Road and Huffmeister.
Deputies said a man in a car shot at another car three times. Three people were in the car that was shot at, said HCSO.
One of the bullets hit the driver of the other car in his thigh, and he pulled into a nearby gas station to call for help, according to the Harris County Sheriff s Office.

HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) At least three people died Thursday in separate incidents across the city between 7 a.m. and noon, police said.
A woman who s believed to have been homeless was stabbed to death in the 1700 block of Morris Street on Houston s north side. Officers found the woman s body in the street around 7:10 a.m. with multiple stab wounds. While police were investigating the incident, a man approached officers and said he was the attacker, according to Houston police. The man appeared to be under the influence of PCP, investigators said.
Just over two hours later, police were called to a report of a man who was found shot inside his car. It happened around 9:50 a.m. in the 6000 block of Rookin Street in southwest Houston. The victim had two gunshot wounds to his chest, police said. Investigators believe the man was shot inside the car, but didn t have any indication on what led to the shooting or who was involved.

TUCSON, Ariz. (KOLD News 13) - One man was shot over the weekend in a road rage incident, AZ Family reports.
The shooting happened Sunday, Jan. 10, 2021, at around 1 p.m. in Scottsdale. One man was taken to the hospital for his injuries while another stayed at the scene.
AZ Family reports the police are investigating the shooting and haven’t disclosed how the shooting started.
