Dried food residue, expired milk: Dauphin County restaurant inspections

The following Dauphin County restaurants were found to have violated Pennsylvania’s health and safety regulations during inspections between March 14-20.
Inspections are overseen by the Department of Agriculture. The department notes that in many cases violations are corrected by the restaurant before inspectors leave.
LUCKY MART SUNOCO
Date: March 19, 2021
Violations: Observed numerous cases of bottled water and Gatorade stored directly on the floor in retail area, rather than six inches off of the floor as required. Access to the hand-washing sink in the food prep area was blocked by numerous cases of bottled water and beverages. Owner relocated food items to allow access to sink area.
