General Motors has issued a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) for an incorrect label inside the 2020 Corvette cabin. The misprinted label includes an incorrect radio frequency identification.
The new TSB applies to 2020 Corvette models in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Affected vehicles come with a misprinted radio frequency (RF) identification number on the RF label affixed to the back of the radio display.
To correct this issue, dealers must print a new label in color and place it inside the owner’s manual of the affected 2020 Corvette. No parts are required to fix this issue. General Motors has corrected the applicable Certificate Identification Numbers for the Near-Field Communication device with an updated label that’s added to the back of the radio display. Customers are asked to keep the letter with the new Certificate Identification Numbers in the 2020 Corvette glove box along with the owner’s manual.
