Yesterday, the aluminum producer’s message was an optimistic contrast: Century Aluminum is expanding its Berkeley County operations with a $60 million investment expected to create 100 jobs in the next few years.
Gov. Henry McMaster visited the Moncks Corner plant to mark the milestone with Century Aluminum CEO, President and Director Mike Bless along with incoming President and CEO Jesse Gary, and dozens of employee and local business supporters.
